Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee

The committee monitors the provision of legal services to the public by non-member individuals or entities. The committee also works to define the legal parameters to the practice law as outlined in the Legal Profession Act. The committee pursues, by investigation, intervention, prosecution or injunction, those unauthorized persons or entities that are practicing law outside the legal limits.
