Privacy Committee

The committee provides oversight as requested to ensure that the Law Society, in setting policies and passing Rules, complies with privacy law and requirements. The committee also addresses the occasional need for staff to consult on general collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and privacy issues affecting the profession, the benchers, or the administration, services and mandate of the Law Society.
