Insurance Committee

The committee supervises and reports to the benchers on the operation of the mandatory lawyers indemnity insurance program, which is provided through the Alberta Lawyers Insurance Association. The committee meets five times per year with ALIA staff and considers such matters such as the budget, insurance levy, coverage issues and general matters of policy for ALIA.
