Credentials and Education Committee

The committee deals with policy matters relating to admission and re-admission to the profession. It also deals with specific applications by members or students-at-law.  Examples of the types of applications include rulings about good character and reputation, issues surrounding articles such as credit, splits, extensions, terminating and back dating, and appeals from the Bar Admission Course. The committee also deals with certain reinstatement applications by former LSA members.
