Conduct Committee

The committee develops rules, procedures and guidelines with respect to conduct matters for recommendation to the benchers. The committee also meets in panels of three to determine how the LSA will deal with complaints about member conduct. It also liaises with the other committees of the LSA, particularly Professional Responsibility and Practice Review, on matters of common interest.
