Notice of Suspension - Paul LeClairOn April 1, 2009, a Hearing Committee found that the conduct of
Paul LeClair, who resides and had practised in Calgary, Alberta, was
deserving of sanction in that he failed to serve and/or respond to
his clients and others, failed to respond to a fellow solicitor,
failed to honour undertakings giving to a fellow solicitor, failed
to meet his commitments to the lawyer of his former clients and to
respond to that lawyer, and failed to respond to the Law Society on

Notice of Suspension - Sally Anne McLellanOn March 20, 2009, Sally Anne McLellan, an inactive member of the
Law Society of Alberta, was suspended pursuant to Section 79(1) of
the Legal Profession Act, for failing to pay as ordered by a Hearing
Committee, fines and costs amounting to $8,393.92 within the period
prescribed by the order.
